During my recent stay at the hotel, I was pleased with the convenient location which made it easy for me to explore the surrounding area. The hotel is surrounded by other big hotels, and it is just a few steps away from IOI City Mall. This proximity allowed me to easily access restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking in the basement, which was a great convenience. The staff I encountered were friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. I had a pleasant experience at Sovotel Boutique Hotel @ Conezion and would recommend it.
